Philosophy

From birth, every child actively and in his or her own personal way shapes his/her own and individual development. For me, every child in its entirety competent, respectable, valuable and I respect each child as a unique personality. I pick up each child where he or she is currently "standing" and give each child time to develop at its own pace. I see an emotional, positive and appreciative environment as basic prerequisite for building a successful relationship with every child. On this basis, a trusting relationship between the child and me than develops.

In our daily activities and learning process I orient myself to the Montessori pedagogy („Help me to help myself“).

At my program children play, learn and grow in a clean, safe, loving and nurturing environment.
